Cancellation Policy
We know plans change. Here's exactly how cancellations, reschedules and refunds work across every Classic Desert Safari package.
Free Cancellation Window
Cancel or reschedule any safari, dune buggy, quad biking, camel ride or hot air balloon booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your pickup time, with no fee at all.
Cancelling Within 48 Hours
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the booking value, since vehicles, guides and camp seating are already reserved for you.
If We Cancel Your Tour
If we cancel due to weather or safety conditions, you'll always receive a full 100% refund or a free reschedule to another date — your choice.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 447 2719 or email info@classicdesertsafari.com with your booking name and date. We'll confirm your cancellation or new date in writing.
